a true gem hidden away!
quiet backstreetrooftop poolfriendly stafflow pressure
this riad is a real find, tucked away from the busy streets. the courtyard is pretty, and there's even a rooftop pool where i got some sun. staff are friendly, and they are quick to help if you need something. breakfast have many choice and the mint tea i drank was great.
the room was nice, but the shower had low pressure. i took longer showers to get clean because of that.

breakfast includes a wide choice of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, with fresh juices available daily. the restaurant offers traditional cuisine, with tagines and couscous, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. dinner is served in the courtyard, this offer a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.

my room was clean and it had moroccan decorations, i like that style. amenities included air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a safe. the bed was big and comfortable, this ensure a good night's sleep. the bathroom had a shower, and fresh towels were provided.

The location is EXCELLENT! It is on the edge of the Medina so a car can drop you close. It is also a short walk to the Kutubiyya Mosque. The staff was SO helpful when I lost my charger. They got me a new one. The food was delicious, especially the calamari and oxtail.
I think the bath towels were unusually stiff. Perhaps a fabric softener would improve them.

the architecture is special! the hotel's restoration uses original methods and the details are amazing. every corner of this place is beautiful. each member of staff joked and smiled! the concierge organized tours, taxis, and requests.
i found breakfast somewhat limited. not all dishes were covered, so flies landed on the food, unpleasant.

The location is perfect. It is very close to souks and jema el fnaa square. taxis are readily available. It's a great base for exploring the area.
